In our latest Criterion series entry, Ashley & Matt talk about the 1945 Powell & Pressburger classic, I Know Where I'm Going! Starring the always-wonderful Wendy Hiller and Roger Livesey.
We begin a (hopefully) regular series, where we discuss movies that are available as part of the Criterion Collection. First up is a slow, meditative, wistful and uncomfortable film about aging, sadness, longing and death in Venice.
Fitzwilly is a 1967 film starring Dick Van Dyke and Barbara Feldon. It's about a scheming butler whose motives are akin to Robin Hood, and the movie is set during the Christmas-to-New Years period, so we figured, why not? Will McKinley joins us to talk about this oft-overlooked film.
